Processing time depends on:

  • Confirmation requirements of the network

OCT24 does not control blockchain confirmation speeds.

Deposit Status Explained

You may see one of the following statuses in your Deposit History:

Pending

  • The transaction has been detected on the blockchain
  • Network confirmations are still in progress
  • Funds are not yet credited

This is normal and usually resolves once confirmations are completed.

Success

  • The required confirmations are completed
  • The deposit has been credited to your account

No further action is needed.

Failed

  • Deposit requirements were not met

Common reasons include:

  • Network mismatch
  • Incorrect asset sent
  • Amount below the minimum requirement

In this case, the deposit may not be credited automatically.

Why a Deposit May Be Pending
