This guide explains how to securely access your OCT24 account, including signing in, email verification, and recovering access if you forget your password.
Signing In to OCT24
You can access your OCT24 account using one of the following methods:
1. Email & Password
To sign in using your email and password:
- Go to the OCT24 login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
If your details are correct, you will be redirected directly to your dashboard.
2. Social Login (Google or Telegram)
OCT24 also supports quick access through supported third-party providers:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Telegram
If you created your account using one of these options, you can use the same method to sign in without entering a password.
For security reasons, social login access is linked to the original provider used during account creation.
Email Verification During Login
In certain situations, such as first-time access or additional security checks, OCT24 may require email verification:
- A 6-digit verification code is sent to your registered email address
- Enter the code on the verification screen
- Click Verify to continue
If the email address is incorrect, select Change Email to return and update it.
Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it securely:
- Click Forgot your password? on the login screen
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit reset code
- Enter the code and create a new password
Once completed, you can sign in immediately using your new password.
For security purposes, reset codes expire after a short time and can only be used once.
Tips for Secure Access
- Always sign in from trusted devices
- Do not share your login details with anyone
- Enable account and security notifications in your profile settings
- Log out when using shared or public devices
