To add funds to your OCT24 account using cryptocurrency, you must generate a deposit address directly from within the platform. This address is unique to your account and is used to ensure deposits are processed and credited correctly.
Deposit addresses are generated based on the selected network and asset.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Deposit Page
From the sidebar, navigate to Wallet β Deposit.
2. Select a Network
Choose the blockchain network you want to use (for example: TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Bitcoin, or Solana).
Important:
The selected network must exactly match the network you will send funds from.
3. Select a Cryptocurrency
Choose a supported asset for the selected network (such as USDT, USDC, ETH, TRX, or other available options).
4. Enter the Deposit Amount
Enter the amount you plan to deposit.
- Make sure the amount meets the minimum deposit requirement for the selected network and asset
- An estimated credited amount may be shown before you continue
5. Generate Your Deposit Address
Click Get deposit wallet.
Your deposit address and a QR code will be displayed on the screen. This address is used to receive your deposit.
6. Send Funds
From your external wallet or exchange:
- Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code
- Select the same network
- Send the same asset
- Send an amount equal to or above the minimum
Important Things to Know
- One network per address
Deposit addresses are generated for a specific network. Sending funds on a different network may result in the deposit not being credited.
- Do not reuse addresses across networks
Always generate a new address when switching networks or assets.
- Minimum deposit amounts apply
Deposits below the minimum amount may not be processed automatically.
- Processing time depends on the blockchain
Deposits are credited after sufficient network confirmations, which may take from a few minutes to longer depending on the network.
After You Send the Funds
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain:
- Your account balance updates automatically
- You can track the status in the Deposit History section
If a deposit does not appear after a reasonable amount of time, please verify:
- The selected network
- The transaction hash (TxID)
- The minimum deposit requirement
If everything is correct and the issue persists, contact OCT24 Support and provide your transaction details.

- OCT24 does not control external blockchain networks or confirmation speeds
- Users are responsible for selecting the correct network and asset
- Deposit addresses should only be used as instructed within the platform
