This article explains how to review your gift card activity on OCT24 and what to do if you experience issues when redeeming a gift card.
Viewing Your Gift Card History
You can view all redeemed gift cards directly from the Gift Card section of your account.
Your Gift Card History table includes:
- ID – Internal reference number
- Voucher Code – Partially masked for security
- Amount – Value added to your balance
- Type – Transaction type (e.g., Deposit)
- Date – Date and time of redemption
This history is provided for transparency and record-keeping purposes.
Common Gift Card Issues
If you encounter an error while redeeming a gift card, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Code already used
Each gift card can only be redeemed once. Used codes cannot be reused.
- Invalid or incorrect code
The entered code must exactly match the code provided by the external seller.
- Code not yet activated by the provider
In some cases, the third-party provider may delay activation after purchase.
- Temporary system issue
Rarely, system or connectivity issues may prevent immediate redemption.
If a redemption fails, no balance will be added to your account.
Important: Third-Party Purchases
OCT24 gift cards are purchased through external third-party providers.
If you experience issues related to buying the gift card itself (such as payment problems, missing codes, or incorrect charges), please note:
- These issues cannot be resolved by the OCT24 platform
- You must contact the official Telegram support channel:

OCT24 support can only assist with issues related to redeeming a valid code on the platform, not with third-party purchase problems.
Security & Fair Use Notes
- Gift card codes should be kept private
- Sharing or reselling codes may result in loss of access
- OCT24 does not store full gift card codes after redemption
All gift card activity is logged for security and compliance purposes.
