- Go to the Gift Card page
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Wallet → Gift Card.
- Open the “Redeem Your Gift Card” section
You will see a field labeled Gift Card Code.
- Enter your gift card code
- Codes are case-sensitive
- Avoid extra spaces before or after the code
Carefully paste or type the code exactly as provided by the third-party seller.
- Click “Redeem Gift Card”
Once submitted, the system will verify the code.
- Funds added to your wallet
If the code is valid and unused, the corresponding amount will be credited to your OCT24 balance immediately.
Important Notes Before Redeeming
- Each gift card can only be redeemed once
- Gift cards are non-refundable once redeemed
- Ensure you are logged into the correct OCT24 account before redeeming
Common Redemption Errors
You may see an error message if:
- The gift card code has already been used
