If your account requires Identity Verification—or you'd like to complete it in advance—you can submit your verification in just a few minutes.
Follow the steps below to complete the process.
Step 1: Start Verification
Go to Profile → Identity Verification and click Complete KYC.
You'll first need to:
- Select the issuing country of your document.
- Choose your document type:
- Passport
- National ID Card
- Driver's Licence
- Residence Permit
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 2: Upload Your Document
Upload a clear photo of the front side of your selected document.
Before uploading, make sure:
- The entire document is visible.
- All text is clear and readable.
- The photo is well-lit and not blurry.
- No information is covered or cropped.
- The uploaded document matches the information you'll enter.
Supported formats:
- JPG
- PNG
Maximum file size: 10 MB
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Provide the requested details exactly as they appear on your document:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- National ID
Make sure all information matches your document to avoid delays.
Step 4: Review & Submit
Before submitting, review all your information carefully.
Confirm that:
- The document belongs to you.
- All entered information is accurate.
Then click Submit.
After Submission
Your verification status will change to Under Review while our team reviews your information.
Most reviews are completed quickly, but in some cases, the process may take up to 48 hours.
You'll receive a notification once your verification has been reviewed.
Tips for a Faster Verification
- Use a valid, government-issued document.
- Upload a high-quality image with all details clearly visible.
- Enter your information exactly as shown on the document.
- Double-check everything before submitting.
