Identity Verification (KYC) is an additional security measure used by OCT24 to help protect user accounts and maintain a secure platform. While it is not required for all users, OCT24 may request verification when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Is Identity Verification Required?
No. Identity Verification is optional by default.
You can use most OCT24 features without completing KYC. However, in certain situations, we may ask you to verify your identity to help protect your account and ensure a secure platform experience.
You can also complete verification proactively at any time from your Profile page.
Why Does OCT24 Use Identity Verification?
Identity Verification helps us:
- Protect your account from unauthorized access
- Prevent fraudulent activity
- Maintain platform security
- Complete additional security checks when required

Accepted Identity Documents
You can verify your identity using any of the following government-issued documents:
- Passport
- National ID Card
- Driver's Licence
- Residence Permit
Your nationality does not affect eligibility. As long as you can provide one of the supported documents, you can complete the verification process.
Is My Information Safe?
Yes.
Your verification information is encrypted and securely processed. It is used only to verify your identity and help protect your account.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
How Long Does Verification Take?
Most verification requests are reviewed quickly.
In some cases, the review process may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive a notification as soon as your verification has been reviewed.
